Our Mission
Training up believers like you to be a family of faith who abides in, intercedes for, and personally manifests the Fullness of Christ in their lives, families and world.
Our Purpose
To train and equip believers to walk in all the fullness of Christ. - Eph 4:13
1.By Encountering God through His word and presence in a personal ongoing way that transforms them into His image. - 2 Cor 3:182.
2. By Equipping believers in lifestyles of deep prayer and a walk with the Father that brings personal, family and community transformation. - Math 28:19; Eph 6:183.
3. By Engaging together as a “Kingdom Family” with a culture of unity and brotherly love, cultivating and encouraging the corporate church to walk in the same. - John 17:20-23.
Our Story
KTC was founded out of a independent prayer and worship ministry called Salem's House of Prayer, a ministry founded By Jim and Linda Moore and fueled by the prayer, worship and servant hearts of many hundreds of believers over the years, this was a place of encounter, full of God stories from so many lives changed by his word. They saturated Salem with prayer and worship before the King for over 20 years! It had deep roots in God's mighty and ongoing story for Kingdom transformation in Salem. Yet it's time concluded in June 2026 giving birth to The King's Training Center.
The dream of KTC is quite simply about walking in everything Jesus died and rose for us to live out. It's about living the word together like Jesus wanted us to, in the context of "Family" - perusing God with our whole heart, and declaring Jesus together. Yet...we don't have it all figured out, this is a journey of discovery to get back to foundations of His word and life together as family in our walk with the Lord and life in His word.
We believe God has called KTC to be a bridge for the everyday believer who feels there has got to be more then just Sunday morning Christianity and wants to walk in the POWER of His resurrection. There is a biblical call that beckons us all to walk in THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST! No one has yet "arrived". But we are in hot pursuit of what our savior and the New Testament Apostles both modeled and taught. Come and be trained up in His word, in prayer, in faith, in family, and go seek and save the lost!
Beliefs of KTC
The Authority of Scripture:
We believe in the divine inspiration and authority of the 66 books of the Holy Bible as the complete canon of God's testimony to mankind. We esteem Scripture as the very Word of God, inerrant in its original form. We do not accept any doctrine which contradicts the clear whole council of Scripture.
Jesus:
Jesus is fully man and fully God. One with the Father and the Holy Spirit. The first and the last, beginning and the end, the Messiah of Israel and all humanity. there is no other name under heaven through which people are saved. He is the only begotten Son of God, the exact representation of the father, sinless, blameless and Holy. He is our salvation and our redeemer. Jesus was born of a virgin, by the seed of the Holy Spirit Himself. He lived, died, was buried, and rose back to life on the 3rd day, he ascended into heaven to sit with God at his right hand on his very throne. God has given Jesus the full authority and leadership over all things. He will return to Judge the living and the dead.
Trinity:
There is one God, creator and sustainer of all things, eternally existing in three persons- Father, Son and Holy Spirit; these are equal in every divine attribute, yet distinctly three.
Atonement through Christ alone:
All have sinned and are therefore under the sentence of death, therefore all must trust in the atoning sacrifice of Jesus for the remission of those sins. There is no other way to reconcile with God or escape from eternal judgment except through the forgiving grace given through the substitutionary death and resurrection of Jesus.
Water Baptism:
Water baptism should be by immersion and accomplished shortly after commitment to the Lordship of Jesus and His atoning sacrifice for our sin. This ordinance is a personal and public statement of faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Return of Jesus:
We believe in the literal, physical return of the Lord Jesus Christ to rule on earth with His saints. We believe in the resurrection of both the just and the unjust for the day of judgment.
Social and Moral:
Marriage is between one man and one woman this is the only union acceptable by God in the scriptures. Sexual intimacy as God designed it is to be is in the context of marriage between one man and one woman, anything other then this is sin. (Heb 13:4, Matthew 19:2-9, Mark 10:8-12, 1Cor 7:2, 1 Tim 3:2)
Gender: God made mankind Male and Female these are the only 2 supported genders in Scripture. This was the only work and design of God for all mankind from the beginning of creation. Gender is as God defines it in the Bible. (Matthew 19:2-9, Genesis 2:20-24, Genesis 1:27-28) Any other belief is not accepted by God in scripture (Lev 18:22, Lev 20:13, Rom 1:18-32, 1Cor 6:9-11, 1Tim 1:8-10, Jude 7).

Richard Frank & Family
Executive Director
Richard stepped into this ministry role in 2021 after moving home to Oregon in 2020. Richard graduate from RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa OK. From there he spent 15 years in Kansas City with Ginger his wife as they pursued lives of prayer, devoted themselves to their family and trained up their children in the ways of the Lord. He took over Salem’s House of Prayer (now KTC) in 2021 and started a mission in 2023 called Salem ONE in a effort see the churches and pastors of Salem come together in relationship and purpose.
He is passionate about teaching people the power of a deep prayer life and a walk of faith and devotion to the pure word. He carries a burden from the Lord to see real unity in the church, and to help believers live out the simple foundations of their faith and a walk of power in the Lord.
His wife Ginger is a rock in their home, a intercessor and a devoted mother to mothers teaching moms through her own journey with parenting and homeschooling. They have been married for 20 years, have 5 children - Hosanna, Lily-Ann, Yochanan, Finnian, and Arwyn... Oh, also a tuxedo cat named Belle, and… some random 4H chickens! Never a dull moment at the Frank's home!

Kingdom Family Leader
Mark with his wife Rachelle and their family are on a journey devoted to walking closely with their heavenly father in all aspects of life! God has totally transformed their marriage changing everything from way they raise their kids, to seeing other families and lives transformed by their testimony and obedience. They have led several house church fellowships and also have helped lead discipleship schools with The Last Reformation (An international “book of acts” lifestyle ministry). In 2023 they left everything they had to serve as missionaries in South America for 8 months!
The Toma family wants to see the Body of Christ truly live in the kingdom reality of family. They want to see the Church committed to each other in love while intentionality inviting others into the same family and love that transformed their lives- the love of Christ.
God has gifted them with nine incredible children who are truly their first disciples and ministry, they are an integral part of God’s kingdom work through them. Their names are Kalina, Wesley, Charles, Shalom, Titan, Aria, David, Havena, and Zebulun. They are so excited to see God’s abundant life reach to ALL!
